Freddy AI Agent Studio is currently being offered as a promotional Free Service\* for eligible Freshservice Growth and Pro customers through September 30, 2026.

Additional pricing and packaging details will be shared closer to the end of the promotional period. Customers can reach out to their Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Manager (AM) for more information.

Access Freddy AI Agent Studio

Access is being rolled out in phases:

  • Freshservice Growth and Pro customers can access Freddy AI Agent Studio beginning May 14, 2026.
  • Freshservice Enterprise customers will receive access as part of a subsequent rollout beginning July 2026.

    • The phased approach is designed to ensure the platform fully supports the scale, governance, and operational needs of Enterprise environments.
