Freshservice mobile apps (for iOS and Android) support AppConfig to configure the Freshservice helpdesk URL and the web browser used for authentication.
The AppConfig support is enabled through the mobile device management (MDM) OS channels. In addition to this, Freshservice for Intune apps (for iOS and Android) also support AppConfig through the Intune mobile application management (MAM) channel (See App configuration policies for Microsoft Intune for more information).
The following Freshservice mobile app configurations for URL and browser are currently supported:
| ### Key | ### Value |
| FSHelpdeskURL | URL for your Freshservice instance.
For example: companyname.freshservice.com |
| FSAuthenticationBrowser | iOS:
- Edge
- Safari
Android:
- Edge
- Chrome |
Note: The ‘helpdeskURL’ key is deprecated. Use the ‘FSHelpdeskURL’ key instead.
