Overview

Freshservice for Business Teams (FSBT) extends service management beyond IT by enabling every business function to run its own dedicated service desk. Whether you're part of HR, Finance, Facilities, Legal, or Marketing, FSBT lets your team manage requests, configure workflows, and deliver services independently — without depending on the IT service desk.

FSBT creates isolated workspaces where each department can operate end-to-end with its own portal, processes, SLAs, automations, forms, and reporting. This autonomy enables business teams to scale their operations while maintaining control over their configurations and service delivery.

FSBT is offered in two deployment models:
