Freshservice currently operates on the below NAT IP addresses:

We're scaling up our NAT IPs that support outgoing webhooks from Freshservice to other external services. As part of this exercise, new IPs are being added.

If you have firewall restrictions in your network that need IP allowlisting to receive requests from Freshservice and have already allowed the above IPs in your network firewall, please add the below list of additional IPs to the existing list.
