Role-based access control (RBAC) helps you manage who can view, edit, or configure different parts of the Journeys module in Freshservice. This article explains the default permissions that apply to Journey Admins and Journey Request Managers so you can ensure the right access for the right people.

Journey Admin Role

Create a Journey Admin role under Admin Roles in Global Settings and assign the following permissions:
