Create a Task Activity in Journeys :

You can add a task activity to a phase and assign it to the relevant stakeholders. The task can be one of the following types:

Form task – Use this option to collect information from stakeholders using a form, which includes both data fields and service item fields.

Simple task – Use this option to assign a straightforward task to stakeholders.

Note: To control the execution order of this activity, use Triggers available under Advanced options in the activity creation screen.
