Freddy AI Agent Studio is a platform within Freshservice that enables organizations to build, deploy, and manage AI Agents that can take action to resolve service requests.

Instead of relying on a single generic assistant, organizations can deploy multiple specialized AI Agents across IT, HR, and other business functions. These AI Agents understand requests in context, access relevant data, and execute actions across workflows and systems.

2\. How is Freddy AI Agent Studio different from traditional AI assistants?

Traditional AI assistants primarily respond to requests by answering questions, suggesting knowledge articles, or routing tickets.

Freddy AI Agent Studio enables AI Agents that can take action on requests. These AI Agents understand context, trigger workflows, and complete tasks across systems end-to-end — helping teams improve resolution speed and reduce manual effort.

3\. Do I need technical expertise to build AI agents?

No. Freddy AI Agent Studio includes a no-code builder and pre-built templates that make it easy for teams to create and customize AI Agents without requiring technical or engineering expertise.

You can configure how AI Agents understand requests, connect knowledge sources, and perform actions — all without writing code.

4\. Can AI Agents take action across enterprise systems?

Yes. AI Agents can trigger workflows and execute tasks across connected enterprise applications using Freshservice workflows and integrations.

At launch, Freddy AI Agent Studio supports 30 out-of-the-box integrations, with additional integrations planned in future releases.

5\. Can I deploy multiple AI Agents?

Yes. You can deploy multiple AI Agents tailored to different business functions and use cases. For example, organizations may deploy separate AI Agents for IT support, HR operations, or employee services.

6\. What is the pricing for Freddy AI Agent Studio?

Freddy AI Agent Studio is currently being offered as a promotional Free Service\* for eligible Freshservice Growth and Pro customers through September 30, 2026. 7. Who can access Freddy AI Agent Studio?

Freshservice Growth and Pro customers will be able to access Freddy AI Agent Studio beginning May 14, 2026. This phased rollout approach is designed to ensure the platform fully supports the scale, governance, and operational needs of Enterprise environments.
