Data exports and report/widget schedules within Analytics get generated according to the below SLAs from the scheduled trigger time.

Activity	Frequency - Hourly	Frequency - Daily	Frequency - Weekly	Frequency - Monthly
Report or Widget Schedules	60 mins	4 Hrs	8 Hrs	24 Hrs
Data Export	60 mins	4 Hrs	8 Hrs	24 Hrs

Report/widget downloads within Analytics get generated according to the below SLAs from the time of submission.

Activity	SLA 95%	SLA Max
Downloads	3 mins	5 mins

If the activities are not generated within the applicable SLAs, these are deemed as 'failed'. You can try to re-trigger them at a later time. If you see frequent failures, try reducing the data size by applying date range filters, or reach out to support@freshservice.com for further help.
