With Freshdesk for Android, you can search for tickets, customers and solution articles in your account by voice. Voice search requires a supported phone that comes with the Google launcher installed. You can say 'Ok Google' followed by any of the following commands to perform appropriate searches in your Freshdesk account. This video gives a quick overview of voice search:

Searching for tickets
If you'd like to quickly look up tickets in your Freshdesk account, all you need to do is dictate any of the commands below:
_Search for ticket ID 123456 on Freshdesk_
_Search for ticket number 123456 on Freshdesk_
You can use any of these two commands to find tickets with the ID 123456
_Search for tickets about refunds on Freshdesk_
_Search for tickets from Matt on Freshdesk_
These commands can help with a search for tickets with the keyword 'refunds' or 'Matt'
Searching for customers
You can use this command to do a search and filter by customers for the keyword 'Mark'
_Search for customers named Mark on Freshdesk_
Searching for knowledge base articles
With any of the following phrases, you can search your solution articles about 'forgot password steps'.
_Search for solutions about forgot password steps on Freshdesk_
_Search for solution articles about forgot password steps on Freshdesk_
