Check with your system administrators to ensure the following system and browsers are available.

Browser featuresEnable the following:<br>- JavaScript<br>- Cookies<br>- LocalStorage<br>- HTTPS - TLS v1.2 (strong cipher suites: ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384 and ECDHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256) or Higher
Mobile Operating SystemFreshdesk apps are available on both the App Store and Google Play. Minimum versions:<br>- iOS: 10.0 or higher<br>- Android: 7.1.1 or higher
