Freshworks Neo Admin Center is a centralized console that provides Organization Admins with customizable controls to securely manage product accounts and user profiles from a single location for all your organization’s Freshworks products.

This article details everything you need to know about Freshworks Neo Admin Center. Read this guide to learn how to migrate your Freshdesk to the new Neo Admin Center and gain a more powerful administrator toolbox that gives you centralized control over not only your Freshdesk product account -- but all your Freshworks product accounts.

What comprises the Neo Admin Center?

Neo Admin Center currently comprises three main things: Organization, Centralized Security settings, and Audit Logs to make your Freshworks products easier to manage.

Organization

The concept of an Organization is central to the Freshworks Neo Admin Center. It brings all of your Freshworks product accounts together in one central place. It enables Organization admins to easily access all the accounts and users in a single dashboard. You can customize your Organization details like name, URL, logo, address, and more.

Centralized Security Settings

With Neo Admin Center, Organization admins can:

  • Define one policy to drive the entire authentication layer across all accounts. Choose between Freshworks Login, Google Login, and Single sign-on via any identity provider of your choice
  • Pick and choose various parameters and customize the password policy to ensure that users set strong passwords
  • Enable two-factor authentication and enhance security for the accounts
  • Configure single sign-on via any identity provider for standard protocols like SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and JWT. Also, leverage enterprise-grade controls like single logout, encrypted assertions, and more.
  • Account Activity Audit Logs

In Audit Logs, Organization Admins can get a comprehensive report of all user and profile changes activity. The audit logs are a powerful way to remain aware of all the activities in your Freshworks accounts and monitor suspicious activities.
