You can use Freshmover when: 

• You need to migrate all data (except administrator settings) from another helpdesk application to Freshdesk, including companies, contacts, agents, groups, tickets, and conversations. 
• An existing customer wants to transfer data within their multiple Freshdesk accounts. 
• You need to migrate the new data (the delta) created in the previous helpdesk during the data migration to Freshdesk. The Freshdesk target account about to receive the data can be a live account with existing contacts, agents, and tickets. 
• The customer, who has previously migrated their data partially using Zendesk to Freshdesk marketplace app, wants to migrate more data. You can repeat the entire migration from scratch using Freshmover.
