We will discontinue legacy versions of a few Marketplace apps to ensure that you get enhanced and consistent app experiences. To ensure that these apps work as expected without disruptions, you will need to upgrade them by Nov 5th, 2024.

Which Marketplace apps will need to be upgraded?

The below apps will need to be upgraded:

Why are these Marketplace apps being upgraded?

Legacy app versions often have obsolete features and are exposed to vulnerabilities. Upgrading Marketplace apps to the latest versions ensures that customers get access to all the latest features, optimizes app memory, and improves app security and stability.

To ensure that these apps work properly and you face no disruptions in the workflows you’ve set up, it is highly recommended that you upgrade to the latest versions at the earliest.

What should you do?

Upgrade to the latest versions of these apps. To upgrade to the latest version, please navigate the manage apps section within the app gallery and click on the upgrade CTA button.

What will happen if you do not upgrade the apps OR continue to use the existing versions of these apps?

These apps, if not upgraded by Nov 5th, 2024, will stop working.

Who will be impacted by this implementation?

You will be impacted if you are using any of the older versions of these apps.
