The Freshchat App ID and Token are required to integrate the app with Freshservice/FSBT. Here is where you can find them
1. Go to “Admin” settings in Freshchat. Then navigate to Chat settings -> Chat widget settings.
2. Go to “Account Settings” under section “Setup”

3. Go to Integration Settings and find your App ID and Web Messenger Token
