Handy

Handy is a POS system developed by Trivec for handheld mobile devices. It is used as a complement to the Trivec Domino POS system and replaces the classic pen and paper as it enables staff to take orders, modify them and send the orders to the kitchen.

All this directly at the customer's table.

Handy offers several features that enable the user to:

• Make direct sales or place orders on tables.
• Change orders, split them, and add additional products.
• Modify tables, split them and add additional products.
• Apply discounts.
• Assign orders/tables to customer accounts and bar tabs.
• Complete payments (with HandyPay).

HandyPay is another feature in Handy that allows staff to complete orders and payments on a compatible Handy device.

HandyPay devices

Trivec provides two types of compatible HandyPay devices:

• Device with integrated card reader for payment.
• Unit with card reader and printer.

Payment solution

The payment solutions for HandyPay are Adyen (in Belgium, France and the Nordics) and Westpay (in the Nordics).
