Date fields within Freshservice Analytics follow different formats on each page and is not controlled by the date format settings configured under Admin → Service Desk Rebranding. The formats are explained below:

The Analytics home page follows the "MM/DD/YYYY" format (For example, 04/25/2024).

In charts and underlying data, the date format followed is "Day, Date Month Year" (For example, Thu, 25 April 2024).
