Perform operations on Freshdesk Agents, Groups, and Tickets via the Workflow Automator.

Description

Orchestration apps let you automate repeatable tasks and actions that span across a diverse set of systems and applications using workflows. The list of actions supported for this app include:

Agent Management

1. Get an Agent by Email

2. Get an Agent by ID

3. Create an Agent

4. Update an Agent

5. Delete an Agent

Group Management

1. Create a Group

2. View a Group

3. Update a Group

4. Delete a Group

5. Add Agent(s) to a Group(s) by Email

    • Prerequisites

    To install and authenticate this app you will need to provide the following inputs

  • Freshdesk Domain \- The domain of your Freshdesk tenant. Example: yourcompany.freshdesk.com
  • Freshdesk API Key - Login to your Freshdesk tenant. Click on your profile icon then "Profile Settings". In the sidebar on the right, you will find the API Key. For more information, refer to the link
  • Freshservice Domain \- The domain of your Freshservice tenant. Example: yourcompany.freshservice.com

    • Freshservice API Key \- Login to your Freshservice tenant. Click on your profile icon then "Profile Settings" on the right side pane, under "Your API Key" complete the captcha and copy your API key.
