Customizing existing home page sections - cards and tickets sections

Tickets section

You can change the background colors and spacing for the ticket section.

Cards section

This section helps you create entry points for the common needs of your employees. The default cards in this section are:

  • Browse help articles - Access Knowledge base
  • Report an Issue - Raise a ticket
  • ServiceRequest a Servicem - Access service catalog
  • Request for a Change - Raise a change request
  • Approve requests - manage approvals
  • Onboard new hires - Raise onboarding requests
  • View Projects

    • Note: Change visibility, text, and text properties by clicking on the cards.
